Want to become a South Carolina Traveling Notary?

You will receive a confirmation email from info@ishipcolumbia.com,  from there you can come into our store at 4508 Saint Andrews Road Ste B, Columbia SC 29210 in order to have your South Carolina Notary Application filled out, notarized, and mailed to the county. 

Applicants need at least 1 form of legal identification, a voter registration number and must be able to complete their contact information on the application in full. The State of SC charges about $25 to complete the application via a few different methods, payment of this fee is not included in the package and is the responsibility of the applicant. While you wait for approval is a great time to file an LLC, build a website, get insurance and start working on your brand, we can help with all of that. 

Notify us as soon as you know your application is approved and we will produce your official notary stamp, notary record book, and 100 business cards in our store for you to pick up at your convenience. Once you have those you are good to go!

Our company has no control over the application process with the State of South Carolina and the respective county you apply to. Most applicants are approved in 2-3 weeks, but it does sometimes take longer depending on the county's work load. The State of South Carolina has its own rules and requirments for notaries that you must adhere to in order to be approved. You can find those requirements here.  Buying this kit does not guarantee approval or an expedited application in any way.  Applicants are responsible for ensuring they meet the State of South Carolina's criteria to become a Notary, rejection of your application from the state does not warrant a refund for the kit.
